Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

Email ricky@realaistate.pro from the email address associated with your subscription and state that you want to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation request by email.

When cancellation takes effect

To avoid the next renewal, send the request before your next billing date. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, cancellation stops future renewal charges and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Founding Agent service

After cancellation, you may use any remaining included packs during the current paid billing period, subject to providing complete inputs before the period ends. Unused packs do not roll over or convert to cash.

Refunds

Because the Founding Agent service includes concierge work and generated deliverables, payments are generally non-refundable after work has begun for the billing period. If we cannot deliver a purchased service because of our error, contact us and we will review an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement deliverable, service extension, or refund where appropriate.

This is a manual cancellation process while the founding cohort is small. Do not share payment-card details by email.
