This policy explains how Real AI State collects and uses information when you use our website, request a report, create an account, or purchase a service.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your email address.
- Property addresses, property details, listing notes, and other content you submit to request a report or listing draft.
- Technical and campaign information such as IP-derived security hashes, browser/device information, referring page, and UTM campaign fields.
- Account and service-usage records, including report requests and fulfillment status.
- Billing and subscription status from Stripe. Real AI State does not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use information
- Generate requested property reports, analyses, listing drafts, flyers, and other requested outputs.
- Operate accounts, subscriptions, billing, support, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
- Prepare and send requested service communications and internal fulfillment alerts.
- Understand aggregate site performance and campaign attribution.
Service providers
We use service providers needed to operate the service, which may include hosting/infrastructure providers, Supabase for application data, Stripe for payment processing, analytics providers, AI providers, and property-data providers. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your submitted property details to make legal, lending, title, tax, or investment decisions for you.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate accounts, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. To request deletion of your account or submitted information, email ricky@realaistate.pro from the email address associated with the request.
Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information, although some features require an email address and property inputs. You may also request account deletion or ask questions about this policy at ricky@realaistate.pro.
Property reports and generated content are working drafts. You remain responsible for verifying property facts and reviewing all output before relying on or publishing it.
