These Terms govern use of Real AI State websites, tools, and paid services. By using the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Service outputs are drafts, not professional advice
Real AI State tools may generate property reports, listing descriptions, marketing copy, analyses, estimates, and other content. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, tax, appraisal, title, lending, financial, fair-housing, MLS, brokerage, or investment advice.
You are responsible for independently verifying every property fact, price, rent assumption, school detail, HOA term, marketing claim, and calculation before use. Agents and brokerages are responsible for reviewing output for all applicable MLS, brokerage, advertising, licensing, and fair-housing requirements.
Founding Agent Listing Launch Pack
The Founding Agent Listing Launch Pack is a month-to-month service for up to four listing launch packs per billing month. A pack includes a first-draft MLS-style description, social captions, flyer bullets, and property notes based on complete, verified inputs you provide. One factual revision is included per pack. Unused packs do not roll over. We do not submit listings to an MLS, verify title or legal compliance, create photography, or guarantee marketing results.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed recurring price until canceled. Stripe processes payment. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for each billing period. See the Cancellation Policy for how to cancel.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to submit unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, deceptive, or harmful content; to misrepresent generated output as independently verified; or to interfere with the service or other users.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service operation. We will not retroactively reduce a paid Founding Agent customer’s current paid billing-period deliverables without offering a reasonable remedy.
